INTERCHANGEABLE STEEL TYPE (IST) SET

These Steel Type sets are ideal for stamping serial and model numbers, alpha-numeric codes and short phrases into Steel and other metals. Our Steel Type Character sets are used in Hand and Machine Type Holders. Our Steel Type sets are available in various character sizes and work exclusively with Steel Type Holders.
A Steel Type Kit is an excellent tool-set for permanently stamping identification and traceability marks, as well as short-phrases, etc. The Kit comprises of 112 Pcs.

When the mark you need to stamp will frequently change, a Steel Type Holder is ideal. Our easy-to-use Hand Steel Type Holder selection comes in various capacities depending on the Steel Type character size you intend to use. Our Machine Type Holders are also compatible with Steel Type characters of various sizes. Machine Type Holder are used with Impact Press & Roll Marking Machine. Using a Machine Type Holder increases efficiency and supports accuracy and uniform imprints of identical depth. You can use it to arrange individual characters for spelling out different names, codes or serial numbers, etc.
